32 Bit vs 64 Bit

There are numerous differences between 32 bit vs 64 Bit. The biggest is the OS Address Space limits between the OS's. Domino is Large Address Aware and can use more than 2 GB however 32 Bit OS caps the Address Space @ 2 GB or 3 GB if using the 3 GB switch. On a 64 Bit Server with 32 Bit Domino your Address Space is almost 4 GB and when running 64/64 it is 8 TB. Another big advantage is the amount of data that can be handled on a 64 Bit Box compared to a 32 Bit Box as the OS Page Pool is significantly smaller on 32 Bit vs 64 Bit.
